  • Do your classes require a Pole?

    • NO. Most of our classes are body weight, so you may want some sort of recovery tools to play with, blocks, stretchy band, peanut, foam roller. For dance classes you would want kneepads. Liquid Pole is the only one where you really need a pole.

    Do you offer in person classes?

    • No. A studio could book a workshop with me to teach at their studio, but all group fitness and privates are online only. I’ve been doing this over 6 years, and am pretty good at it…

    Can I really get a gym workout from you if you don’t have a gym?

    • YES! I have a vast library of movement patterns and drills that can be done with ANY equipment. When I know the move I want you to do but I don’t have it recorded, I’ll go find it and provide the example.

    I only have some random gym like equipment that I’ve collected over the years, is that good enough?

    • YES! We will discuss your goals and the equipment you have available (or WANT) to use. Your plan will be for YOU. I want you to WANT to do it, so we will design it that way!
