    • Coaching helps bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

    • You’ll have support, accountability, and guidance—without judgment.

    • You’ll leave each session with small, doable steps that build into meaningful change.

    Whether you’re looking to feel stronger, manage stress, improve habits, or simply make space for yourself—you don’t have to do it alone.

  • This is not about pressure, guilt, or “shoulds.”

    It’s about creating a space where you can explore what really matters to you—at no cost, and with no strings attached.

    You’ll walk away with insights you can use right away… and if you decide to keep working together, wonderful. If not, you’ll still have taken a powerful step for yourself.

  • How long are the sessions?
    1st Session - 60 min, longer forms
    Future sessions, 45 min, scheduled either weekly or every other, shorter forms.

    What can I work on?
    The common ones are fitness, sleep, adjusting to a new normal with a medication, nutrition, help breaking a habit, the list goes on. In health coaching, we work together to find out what is really driving your need to get to your desired end state and we address THAT.

    Do I have to work out?
    Nope, not if it’s not relevant to what you want to work on.

    What do you expect from me?
    I only expect that you read the coaching agreement, fill in the assessment forms, keep your appointments, and attempt your goals.

    What really can we get done in just that first call?
    First things first, we will get to know each other, go over what coaching really means, if we have time, we can build a Wellness Vision, go over your health assessment, and maybe even set a goal to work toward that vision. It’s 60 minutes but you are in charge.

    What if I want to continue after my first call?
    Let’s GOOOO! I’ll send you a code to credit the cost of that initial call to your package.
