Descriptions

Magic Conditioning

  • Magic: Whole Body Conditioning and Recovery Class - We will start with nerve flosses and warm up, then go through several conditioning exercises. After Cool Down, we will have RAD Recovery wrap up before our final Short Meditation.

Flexibility Flow

  • This is an all levels, flexibility and functional movement class.

Cardio Chair

  • Grab an armless chair and come move with us for 60 minutes of heart pumping dance! No acrobatics, just a fun choreo to move our bodies and repetitions to get the blood pumping!

Heels Feels

  • Feel like a baby deer? Think you are pointing your toes and then see your video? Looking at your feet while you walk? Crawl instead of walk to get from point A to B? We need to CONFIDENTLY stand, walk, DANCE, and point our toes in our heels. This class will focus on conditioning the muscles needed for that control and will lend itself well to the playback option if you can't make the class live.
