Midweek Mobility Magic is a four week series starting May 7th. It is your go-to class for unlocking better posture, pain-free mobility, and smarter strength. Using corrective exercises and intentional movement, this class helps you move with confidence, ease, and just the right dose of magic.

This isn’t your typical class structure. Each session zeroes in on a specific area—hips, shoulders, neck, or back—so you get targeted support where you need it most. We’ll start with some grounding breathwork to shake off the stress of the day, then move into muscle activations tailored to that day’s focus. From there, we dive into intentional, corrective-style exercises—think Physical Therapy vibes without the insurance hassle.

You’ll walk away with a toolbox of 40+ PT-inspired movements... for less than the cost of most co-pays.

The primary tools you will want handy are yoga blocks, peanut, and a mini band/TheraBand (any other things we can fake on the fly with items in your home.) Always consult a medical professional before starting a new exercise program!
