Through my signature 'Magic' approach, instructors will learn to teach proper postural alignment, essential movement patterns, and conditioning drills that build durable bodies for life and sport. Keep your students engaged, injury-free, and coming back for more with these transformative tools!
Learn to transform their movement with M.A.G.I.C. – movement patterns arranged in a way to build stability, relieve tension, and boost mobility from head to toe. Perfect for your students looking to improve posture, address tech neck, and release areas of overuse, especially for repetitive, demanding activities like pole dancing.
In this focused session, we’ll cover the essentials:
M - Movement Mastery: Establishing alignment and technique to set a strong foundation.
A - Activation: Engaging often-overlooked stabilizers for everyday strength.
G - Growth: Building mobility and strength in the shoulders for greater range.
I - Integrity: Working the neck and spine to keep them healthy and tension-free.
C - Consistency: Equipping you with key drills to practice on your own.
Bring a set of yoga blocks and a mini band or TheraBand, and prepare to feel stronger, more balanced, and ready to move with ease.
You'll leave with the tools to teach these game-changing posture fixes, AND a free month-long, no pole required digital training plan using PoleStrong principles that you can send directly to new students. This will allow your new students to build the strength needed during their first month- reducing injury, increasing their confidence, competence and assisting retention at your studio.

This 75 minute class will focus on creating unique shapes and stylistic pathways highlighting your stilettos as the star. Edgework will include heel drags, glides, and intentional flexes. You can have just as much fun in socks!
Prereqs: be able to do a pole pull-up and weight bearing twisted grip (i.e. diamond roll)
