A 5-Part Prehab & Strength Series

Shoulders are built for mobility — but without the STA-bility strength and control, that MO-bility can quickly turn into irritation, instability, or overload.

Next Level Shoulders is a 5-class, prehab-focused series designed to build resilient, well-supported shoulders through intelligent strength and mobility training. We’ll use evidence-informed exercises commonly found in early-stage recovery environments, which is ideal to do as a preventative measure, to improve stability, coordination, and load tolerance.

This series focuses on common shoulder patterns such as:

  • General shoulder discomfort

  • Feelings of instability or weakness

  • Sensitivity in overhead or weight-bearing positions

  • Long-term wear-and-tear patterns from repetitive use

While these experiences may feel different, many of the foundational strategies that support the shoulder overlap. Across five weeks, we’ll build:

  • Scapular control and positioning

  • Rotator cuff strength

  • Overhead capacity

  • Integration with core and upper back support

Throughout each class, I’ll identify which shoulder patterns each drill supports so you can apply the work intentionally — for yourself or your students.

You’ll leave with:

  • 50+ shoulder-supportive drills

  • Smart warm-up and regression options

  • Clear progressions for strength and stability

  • Greater confidence in overhead and load-bearing movement

The preferred equipment to have handy are massage ball, foam roller, chair, yoga blocks, dumbbells/soup cans (2-5 lb) and Theraband (any other things we can fake on the fly with items in your home.)
