Next Level Knees is a 4-class series designed to build resilient, well-supported knees through intelligent prehab-style strength and mobility training. Using evidence-informed movement strategies commonly found in early-stage injury recovery (not rehab), each class focuses on improving joint stability, load tolerance, and confidence in movement.
You’ll work through Phase 1–3 style exercises that emphasize:
Foundational strength and motor control
Smart loading and alignment
Mobility where it actually supports the knee
Reducing pain patterns caused by overuse or compensation
This series is ideal for:

The preferred equipment to have handy are massage ball, miniband, foam roller, chair, yoga blocks, yoga ball (any other things we can fake on the fly with items in your home.)
