What is Liquid Strength?

Liquid Strength is a new conditioning class rooted in the Liquid Motion® methodology, built to help you move better—in your training, on the pole, and in life.

You won’t find choreography or dance phrases here. This is all about fluid, functional movement designed to:

  • Build real-world strength

  • Increase joint mobility and stability

  • Improve body control and awareness

  • Support your pole training or movement practice with prehab-style conditioning established in the Liquid Style

Whether you’re recovering from burnout or building toward your next milestone, Liquid Strength gives you the tools to move smarter and stronger.

💪 What to Expect in Class:

Each session includes:

  • Mobility-focused warm-up

  • Strength circuits using bodyweight or light resistance

  • Intentional recovery for joint health and flexibility

This is strength training with purpose—and no pressure to perform.

🌀 Who It’s For:

  • Movers, athletes, and everyday humans seeking longevity over punishment

  • Pole dancers who want better control, balance, and recovery

  • Beginners looking for supportive, smart strength work

📍 Details:

  • Launches: Saturday, August 16

  • Schedule: Every other Saturday (check the calendar for upcoming dates)

  • Location: Alter Ego Dance Space – Virtual studio

  • Duration: ~60 minutes

  • Equipment: None specified, but yoga blocks, therabands/mini bands, or light (under 10lbs) weight may be used (you’ll be notified in advance, and we can always modify)

  • Instructor: Liquid Motion® Certified; Postural, Movement, and Strength Specialist.
