Your Body Is One System. Your Training Should Be Too.

Most people build their fitness routine one class at a time.

A strength class here, a stretch class there. Maybe some conditioning when they feel motivated.

But the body doesn’t function in isolated pieces. Your muscles, joints, nervous system, and connective tissue all work together every time you move. That means your training should work together too.

That’s exactly how my weekly schedule is designed. Instead of random workouts, each class plays a specific role in supporting your body as a whole.

Monday: Build the Foundation

Mondays focus on strength and structural support. We develop:

  • joint stability

  • scapular control

  • core integration

  • load tolerance

These are the underlying mechanics that keep your body supported when you train, dance, lift, or move through everyday life. Without this foundation, mobility and performance become much harder to sustain.

Wednesday: Refine the Mechanics

Wednesday focuses on mobility and movement quality. This is where we improve:

  • controlled range of motion

  • postural alignment

  • movement efficiency

  • tissue resilience

Mobility isn’t about stretching farther. It’s about having control in the range you already have. When your body moves efficiently, everything else becomes easier.

Friday: Build Capacity

Friday classes develop conditioning and endurance. Here we train:

  • muscular endurance

  • breath control

  • stamina

  • nervous system resilience

This is what allows you to maintain strength and control over time—whether that’s during a dance class, an aerial session, or simply keeping up with the demands of life.

Every Other Saturday: Integration

Every other Saturday we bring everything together. This is where strength, mobility, and movement flow start to connect. The goal is integration—moving with both power and fluidity while allowing the body to recover and reset. This class often feels different because it allows the nervous system to organize all the work you’ve been doing throughout the week.

Why the System Matters

Each of these classes is valuable on its own. But when you attend consistently throughout the week, something powerful happens:

Strength supports mobility. Mobility improves movement efficiency. Conditioning builds stamina.
Integration allows recovery and coordination. Instead of competing with each other, the classes work in harmony. That’s where the real results happen.

Who This System Is For

This approach supports a wide range of people, including:

  • pole dancers training at other studios

  • aerialists

  • people with desk jobs working to improve posture

  • women who want to build strength while protecting long-term mobility

Whether you're preparing for demanding movement practice or simply wanting to feel stronger and move better in your everyday life, this system is designed to support your body for the long term.

Full System Access

Because the classes are designed to complement one another, the best way to experience the program is through Full System Access.

This allows you to attend consistently throughout the week and let the system work the way it was designed.

Your body is one system. Your training should be too.
