Where to start when you don’t know where to start!

I wanted to get back to movement but I didn’t know where to start. I jumped into a Pole class, and loved it, but quickly found out I wasn’t 18 anymorewho knew? In my mind I could do all the things, but my body had other ideas.

I created this plan as a way for YOU to have a place to start when it has been so long you need a reset, a refresher in a simple follow-along format, just press play and do the movement with me- leave the planning to me. Get back to life safely and create consistency.
